Application is the key
for great results
- Tea
- Drink: 1 cup once or twice daily for 14–21 days per cycle
- Break: After each cycle, take 7–10 days off
- Repeat cycles as needed, monitoring your body’s response
- Scalp Soak / spray
- Mix 1 TBSP (for scalp spray) or a handful (for bath soak) of herbs with hot water, steep for 15 minutes
- Soak or spray directly onto scalp
- Leave 10-15 minutes, then rinse if desired
- Use as often as needed

- Lather Bitterleaf n’ neem soap with, wash scalp, leave foam on scalp for 5 minutes, rinse with warm water
