Application is the key

- As a Tea
- Add 1 tablespoon of herbal blend to 1–2 cups boiling water.
- Simmer 5 minutes, then steep up to 24 hours (or at least 15 minutes if short on time).
- Strain and drink 1 cup once or twice daily.
- Do not add sugar or honey — the bitter, the better!
- Suggested Duration & Breaks
- Drink as a tea: 1 cup once or twice daily for 14–21 days per cycle.
- Breaks: After each cycle, take a 7–10 day break before starting a new cycle.
- Repeat cycles: You may repeat cycles as needed, monitoring how your body responds.
- Optional: If you are new to bitter herbs, start with 1 cup daily for the first 3–5 days, then increase to 1–2 cups daily.
- As a Parasite-Bath Soak
- Boil 1–2 handfuls of herbs in 2–3 liters of water for 5–10 minutes.
- Let cool to warm bath temperature.
- Pour into a bathtub and soak 15–20 minutes.
- Optional: Add 1–2 tbsp bath oil, milk, or oat powder to soothe skin.
- Frequency: 2–3 times per week.
